Need: Shamrock Financial Corporation was in the middle of a major web development project when they ran into issues they needed immediate help with. We were referred to them by a colleague, and quickly stepped in and took over as their website management team. Since then, New England Multimedia has been Shamrock’s go-to for all their internet marketing needs. We’ve set up subdomains for every loan officer on staff, providing each with their own website. We’ve developed a custom landing page for their Facebook Page, embedding their website there. New England Multimedia also does continuing SEO, video production and graphic design projects for Shamrock Financial Corporation.

Need: Andy Cohen, owner of Bookkeepers PLUS, already had an Economy website on the GoDaddy Website Tonight platform, but needed help customizing it and making it look more professional than what he’d been able to accomplish on his own. He hired New England Multimedia to give his website a polished, professional look befitting his standards of excellence.

Pilates Body NYC

Need: Susan Sommers, owner of Pilates Body NYC, had a self-created website on the GoDaddy platform, but wasn’t happy with it. After discovering us via Twitter, she hired New England Multimedia to create a new and affordable website on the WordPress platform, give her site a new look, optimize it for the search engines, and train her to update her content on her own.

Life Changing Radio – Blount Communications

Need: Blount Communications owns a group of Christian radio stations known as Life Changing Radio, with stations throughout New England. They needed a central website and additional related websites with plenty of advertising space and a clean, uncluttered appearance. Blount Communications has a large sales team with varied levels of technical expertise and comfort, and needed easy-to-understand, targeted video-based training to enable the team to self-manage their websites, upload banner advertising, change content, and more.

MKS Works, LTD. – American Products Store

Need: MKS Works needed an affordable, entry-level eCommerce website to sell products online, with the ability to update their own site, update their shopping cart, and manage a large customer database on their own. After hearing our advertisement on the radio, the owner contacted New England Multimedia and contracted us to do the web project and provide video-based training and support.

Stony Lane Baptist Church

Need: Stony Lane Baptist Church, in North Kingstown, RI, needed a simple but tasteful website that staff members could update themselves, and use to keep a database of all members of the congregation and leadership, for mass communication. They needed a page to upload audio sermons, a blog for the pastor, and a calendar for events and ministries. New England Multimedia provided ongoing support and training until the staff was able to do everything alone.

Rhode Island Kitchen and Bath

Need: Steve St. Onge, owner of Rhode Island Kitchen and Bath, needed an affordable website solution with multiple pages that his staff could manage on their own, updating content at will. He also needed a reliable customer relationship management solution. After extensive experience with New England Multimedia in other areas of marketing (see Special requests), Mr. St. Onge hired us to design a website that would meet his needs.

Crown Collision Center

Need: North Star Marketing employed a designer who created a web design for Crown Collision, an auto body business with multiple locations in Rhode Island. Crown needed a reliable customer relations and content management solution, plus “floating” video feature. North Star contracted with New England Multimedia to provide those services, plus support and development to get Crown Collision Center’s web presence off the ground.
